The whole hotel team was very, very kind.
Internet access should be included in the price that is in my opinion a high price.

It was the only hotel available during the mce Tradefair in Milan.
Since I had to be in the region during the mce tradefair in Milan, I had no other choice than to book this hotel. All the other hotels in the Milan area were completely booked. This hotel is absolutely not worth the 4 stars as advertised. The rating in stars is closer to 2. This hotel is not what you expect in accordance with the rating. The rooms are small (but clean). I had the impression that the provided small bottle of shampoo was refilled and there were no more accessories available. The personal at the reception was not capable for the job and very unprofessional. The hotel surroundings are bad. There is a very small room for the breakfast and the buffet is a kind of hallway, where only one person at a time can take the pover presented breakfast. This hotel was very disappointing and one of the worst value for money experiences I had.
